Hi! I'm Brit, a former management consultant who recently took a leap of faith to launch a revolutionary new fitness concept in Dallas, TX - GRIT Fitness. My mission is to use physical fitness to help people develop the mental "grit" needed to their their best lives. Grit is defined as "passion and perseverance for long term goals."
I've learned that pushing myself through intense physical fitness makes me better in all aspects of my life – my career, relationships, spirituality and mental health. As a former captain of the Cornell University Women's Varsity Basketball team, I've always had to focus on my physical fitness and mental GRIT. While I'm no longer a college basketball player, I am the author of the leading fitness blog and a certified group fitness instructor in Dallas, TX.
